Custom Job Delays

If we need to contact you regarding your order such as for further customization requests or a full custom design. This may delay the completion of your order. We will wait to hear from you before sending any part of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
